RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our return policy is 14 days.
If something you've ordered isn't quite right, we happily offer refunds, including on Sale merchandise. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will send you a confirmation to ship the item back to us unworn with tags attached, and once received and inspected, we will issue the refund less the shipping cost. Refunds may only be issued to the original credit card on file.
Gift cards cannot be returned. But we will gladly exchange or give a credit note on items purchased with a gift card. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
We will gladly exchange unworn merchandises. If you need to exchange a merchandise for the same item, please contact us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Your refund should post within 5-15 days.
LATER OR MISSING REFUNDS
Please contact your bank or credit card company if you not yet received your refund. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Feel free to contact us with further queries.
